Responsibilities: Handling all operations matters in General Affairs
operation.Monitor on-going project, ensuring it's in line with the standard &
specifications.Monitor and maintain electrical/mechanical/civil and other daily
activities.Reporting to Supervisor regarding daily GA activities.Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.Maximum age 28 years
old.Minimum 2 years experience as mechanic/technician/civil in building
maintenance.Experienced in project and construction.Good knowledge in HSE
(Health & Safety), PABX, troubleshoot, mechanical and electrical.Fluent in
English and computer literate.General Affair & Facilities SupervisorJakarta
RayaResponsibilities: Supports all office operations by supporting maintenance
facilities (such as operational vehicles, office boys, security guards,
telephone, etc.) with fast, accurate and in accordance with the prescribed
budget. Perform maintenance activities on all facilities and supporting
infrastructure, and making the replacement of the damaged supporting facilities.
Build relationships with outsourcing company vendors or suppliers of goods &
services, assist in dealing with complaints on vendors/suppliers, and follow-up
payment of invoices or contracts with related parties.Requirements: Bachelor
degree from reputable University Minimum 2 years experience as GA Supervisor
Good computer skill (MS Office) Fluent in English both speaking and writing Good
communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated, self-initiative, hard
worker and able to work in a team Willing to travel to Hino siteIf you meet the
