Lowongan PNS has posted a new item, 'Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ: 11 Positions'
The PT Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ (PHE ONWJ) is located on the Offshore North
West Java with current concession area is 8,279 km2, spreading from the north of
Cirebon (West Java Cirebon) on to east to the Thousand Islands (DKI Jakarta).
The ONWJ facilities consists of 11 flow stations with 37 platforms, more than
150 production platform NUI (Normally Unmanned Installation), approximately 700
active wells, around 375 subsea pipeline with approximately 1600 km in length, 3
ORF (Offshore Receiving Facilities) in Muara Karang, Tanjung Priok and Cilamaya,
also 1 FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) as Ardjuna crude oil
storage.
Contract and Performance Specialist (HR-01)
Job Description
To organize, control and maintain the mutual and beneficiary cooperation between
company and vendor/contractor by developing a clear agreement/contract and
conduct contract & services management;
To analyze, prepare data and KPI of Facility Management activities as well as
provide recommendation to Facility Management and other departments;
To maintain administration and document management of all procurement process
across other functions in the company;
To analyze and develop performance reporting in relation to supply chain
activities as the basis for short and long term procurement plans and strategies
to other related internal and external parties;
To prepare, analyze and monitor Facility Management budgeting activities
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably Industrial Engineering
Minimum 5 years of working experiences in oil and gas industry
Familiar with office support facilities, warehousing, transport in relation with
government regulation for oil & gas industry
Having contract development and implementation experience in full cycle of oil &
gas
Has a good ability in communication and work coordination
Good command in English and computer literacy in Microsoft Office
Pipeline Integrity Lead (EI-04)
Job Description
To develop, plan, monitor, and evaluate Pipeline integrity program and cycle
(Incl. Pipeline, Floating system and Marine Terminal) to defining input in
engineering design, engineering recommendation (include providing repair
recommendation and integrity status), continuous risk reductions (CRR) program
and HSSE in order to maintain base production, production growth for PHE ONWJ,
and to comply with agreed requirements, regulatory and statutory.
Job Requirement
Minimum bachelors degree in Mechanical / Process or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 12 years working experiences (with 3 years experiences), OR 15 yeas
working experiences (with working overseas experiences) in pipeline integrity,
and mechanical engineering
Must possess and advanced level of experience, judgement and practical knowledge
of facilities, standards, codes and engineering principles such as DNV, ASME
etc
Have strong knowledge in Pipeline System and Integrity , Floating System and
Marine Terminal
Must possess an advanced level of experience, judgment, leadership, practical
knowledge of Operational disciplines
Having experiences in Pipeline system and Pipeline design and installation would
be an advantaged
Project Lead (Project-01)
Job Description
To deliver the assigned project in order to meet the project requirement / KPI
(safety, timeliness, in good quality, within approved budget)
Job Requirement
Minimum Bachelors degree in Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience (with 3 years experiences working overseas), OR
15 years working experiences (with unlimited years of experiences working
overseas) in managing projects (development, engineering and construction)
within oil and gas industry, and exposure in project construction site,
engineering house, interface with government, contractors, third party.
Must have knowledge of Project and Construction Management; Planning &
Scheduling; Integrity management; Financial management; Inventory management;
Commercial analysis in oil & gas (business awareness)
Good command in English and computer literacy in Microsoft Office
Senior Corrosion Engineer (EI-03)
Job Description
To lead corrosion preventive and corrective activities (e.g. risk assessment,
reduction, scoping, monitoring, and analysis) in supporting the engineering
design, engineering recommendation, continuous risk reductions (CRR) program and
HSSE to ensure corrosion program executed on time, safely and efficiently.
Job Requirement
Minimum Bachelors degree in Metallurgical, Material, or Chemical or Oil / Gas
Petrochemical Engineering
Minimum of 10 years experiences (with 3 years working overseas), OR minimum 15
years experiences (with working overseas experiences) in oil and gas industry
Must possess an experience of corrosion engineering, material engineering and
field corrosion monitoring
Must familiar, understand and experience in practical of common corrosion code
and standard; and best practices in oil and gas industries
Have understanding in oil and gas production and distribution
Having strong analytical thinking
Ability to lead group, work with peers and communication with others
Must fluent in English (verbal and writing)
Senior Drlling Engineer (D&C-1)
Job Description
To lead and organize design and monitoring execution of drilling programs
(including technology application, specification of materials and equipment,
budget proposal) as well as provide technical justification during tender
process and project close out, in order to ensure all drilling programs are
delivered in accordance with companys targets (including well delivery, HSSE
standards, budget) and government regulations.
Job Requirement
Minimum Bachelors degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 15 years of experience (with minimum 3 years experiences working
overseas) in drilling and completion engineering and usage of equipment and
drilling systems as well as 5 years of offshore experiences
Having computer literacy of WellPlan, Compass, WellCat, Stress Check, and
Microsoft Office
Good command in English (verbal and written)
Senior Inspection Engineer (EI-01)
Job Description
To monitor the field inspection activities for certain equipment (incl. Piping,
pressure vessel) and structural in providing insight for recertification and
maintenance as well as provide the detailed work scope to ensure the PHE ONWJ
business uninterrupted.
Job Requirement
Minimum bachelor degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Structure
Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas industry (with minimum 3 years
experiences working overseas), OR minimum 15 years working experiences (with
working overseas experiences) in facility quality control / inspection /
maintenance
Must have knowledge of Engineering / Technical Inspection; Oil & Gas engineering
& Integrity management principles; HSSE principles; Project and Operations
Must understand & updated knowledge on government regulation related to
inspection
Must be fluent in English (verbal and writing)
