Loker Pertamina Hulu Energi WMO | PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi WMOcurrent oil
production is about 14.000 bopd and gas production is about 165 mmscfd are
maintained through offshore facilities located Northwest of Madura Island and
are supported by an onshore base and gas receiving facilities located in Gresik,
East Java. First activity in the WMO (West Madura Off-shore) block was beagan in
1984 and was successful in producing oil & gas in 1993.
In line with our expansion plan, PT Pertamina Hulu Energi WMO is currently
seeking candidates to fill the following positions:
1. Supervisor Security (HSSE)
General Information
Work location: Pertamina Hulu Energi WMO

Base location: Office Jakarta
Summary of Position & Responsibilities
Assist coordinator security in managing Jakarta office and security activity for
coordination internal / external and to Stake holder.
Develop Security Management System
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma Degree or Military Academy
Minimum 5 years related experiences in coordinating and develop Security
Management Systems
Good command in English, both written & speaking
Leadership skills
2. Engineer As Build (PEOJECT)
General Information
Work location: Pertamina Hulu Energi WMO
Department: Project
Base location: Office Jakarta
Summary of Position & Responsibilities
Provide engineering expertise starting from engineering/concept design,
interface with construction and commissioning, Ensure compliance of engineering
standards through project and/or activities, Ensure quality assurance of
optimization
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelors Degree of Chemical, Mechanical, Instrument/Electrical or other
related disciplines
Minimum 5 years related experience in Oil & Gas Industry
Good command in English both written and speaking
Computer literacy
3. Engineer Process (PROJECT)
General Information

Department: Project
Base location: Office Jakarta
Summary of Position & Responsibilities
Support target of PHEWMO Production by installing new facilities will require
process engineer who provide engineering expertise in New Field development,
Conceptual Design, Appraise & Select Phase, and optimization FEED, coordination
with exploitation team to setup design criteria and future development. This
role is also accountable for Process engineering deliverable in Detailed
Engineering phase, support procurement, fabrication, installation commissioning
and start-up within Project Department, interface with other departments for
process discipline for modification.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering
Minimum 5 years experiences in Process Engineering, Process System Engineering
at oil and gas industry
Knowledgeable of Conceptual Design, Process Engineering Design (basic), Process
System Engineering, Detailed Engineering, and Process Safety System would be an
advantage
Good command in English both written and speaking
Computer literacy
4. Sr. Analyst Business Dvelopment Planning (PLANNING)
General Information

Summary of Position & Responsibilities
Responsible to lead valid and reliable data integration among all relevant
parties, in order to ensure robust development planning and the preparation of
financial investment documents for further relevant approval from the
Management, PHE, and Government Authorities (BPMIGAS, MIGAS/ESDM), in order to
ensure timeliness of approval process
Qualifications
Min. Bachelors Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geo-science, Business, or
Economic
Having minimum 8 years experience in oil and gas industry
Familiar with Petroleum / Reservoir Engineering, Economic Evaluation & Financial
Analysis, PSC Contract & Regulation, Managerial, supervisory, and presentation
skill
Fluent in English; both speaking & written
Office computer standard skill
5. Analyst Economic Evaluation (PLANNING)
General Information

Department: Planning & Valuation
Base location: Office Jakarta
Summary of Position & Responsibilities
To perform the economics evaluation, preparation and approval of the financial
investment proposal, preparation and approval of LRP/RJPP, work program and
budget, in order to ensure effective investment decision making in maximizing
PHE WMO s value
Qualifications
Min. Bachelors Degree in Technical or Business or Economic
Having minimum 5 years experiences in oil and gas industry. Subsurface or
project experience would be advantage
Familiar with facilities and production operation as well as financial aspects
of oil and gas industry
Knowledgeable about economics
Understanding of economic modeling
Fluent in English; both speaking & written
Computer literacy
6. Sr. Engineer Drilling (DRILLING)
General Information

Department: Drilling

Summary of Position & Responsibilities
Responsible for proving technical and operational support to the allocated
drilling activities to ensure safe and economical operation in line with good
petroleum industry practices
Qualifications
Min. Bachelors Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline
Having minimum 10 years experiences in Drilling Engineering and Operations
Planning and Execution
Experience with offshore drilling operations strongly preferred
Proven ability to work with other key subsurface disciplines such as reservoir
engineering, geology, geophysics, plus related departments such as Supply Chain
Management, Projects, Operations and Production
Fluent in English; both speaking & written
Computer literacy
7. Head Of Engineer Drilling (DRILLING)
General Information

Responsible for engineering services in connection with drilling, subsurface and
operation to ensure safe and economical operation in line with good petroleum

Accountability within the framework of Project Capital Value Process. Integrate
drilling key aspect and support resources to perform all drilling activities.
Implement appropriate risks and opportunities assessment in order to achieve
what as promised in the planning objectives
Qualifications
Min. Bachelors Degree more preferably Technical/Engineering Disciplines
Having minimum 12 years experiences in Drilling Operations / Well Services in
Oil & Gas industry, with some supervisory roles
Strong analytical thinking and practical judgment
Proven ability to work with other key subsurface disciplines such as reservoir
engineering, geology, geophysics, plus related departments such as Supply Chain
Management, Projects, Operations and Production

9. Paralegal (LEGAL)

To advise and ensure the Company and management to operate the PSC in accordance

Having minimum 2 years related experience with previous channeling to respective
Government agencies (BPMIGAS, Migas, etc)
