Operations Support Analyst - Learning Operations - Indonesia

Description

Responsible for administration and operations activities for learning and
development
Manage and maintain relationship with customers on the services that CES
delivers
Manage a catalogue of training activities in Citis learning management system
(GLMS)
Set up learning activities in the GMLS including instructor led training (ILT),
web based training (WBT) and virtual classrooms
Generate regional, country and business specific reports using basic SQL scripts
and report manager tools in the GLMS
Support HR and the Business regionally in the use of self service reporting
tools
Process data management changes in the GLMS system to ensure accuracy of
employee training records
Participate in the transfer of services from country operations to the Manila
Hub based on HRSS project methodology and Standard Operating Model
Participate and be proactive in reviewing workflow and processes with the aim to
embark on process improvements to increase service level standards in accordance
with HRSS Standard Operating Model
Prepare relevant reports and forecasts
Provide ad-hoc services as required by the Business or HR
Ensure daily and weekly transaction volumes are recorded and tracked on-line
Ensure that all processes are clearly documented and kept up-to date
Maintain the highest level of teamwork within HRSS
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the HRSS team
Apply department policies, procedures and processing of routine and complex GLMS
transactions for APAC
Administer all data needs in relation to training, conforming to service levels
and timeframes
Enter and track data through a number of systems to include the GLMS and Online
Service Center
Furnish the Team Lead with the requisite data to respond to employee inquiries
and error reports
Research and analyze business requirements to develop logical solutions and
establish best practices
Participate in projects/additional functions as required/necessary

Qualifications

Preferably two years HR operations/administration work experience
Working knowledge of HR systems including learning management systems highly
desirable
Fluent in English, in both written and verbal communication
Strong interpersonal skills

Head of Funds Services Product - Jakarta
Description

The role is the fund services head for SFS Indonesia. He/she will be responsible
for the fund business and overall fiduciary oversight over all fiduciary
business conducted through SFS. In addition, he/she will work closely with
regional Fund Services product managers to define and execute the Indonesia fund
services strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Work with all both external (fund managers, professional firms, regulatory
agencies, etc) and internal stakeholders, including product and O&T, to ensure
the smooth and proper functioning of the trustee business, e.g. monitoring of
fund compliance, resolution of breaches, meeting all required reporting on a
timely basis, organize and present in FOC/FRC, etc.
Stay abreast of market and regulatory developments in the fiduciary and fund
services industry and analyse the opportunities and challenges of these
developments on the business. Ensure the conduct of the fiduciary and fund
services business is conducted in accordance with all relevant internal policies
and external rules and regulation.
Represent Citi SFS Indonesia in the Indonesia custodian and funds services
industry.
Conduct annual due diligence of all agents (internal and external) in compliance
with applicable policies and guidelines.
Responsible for develop fund services strategy for Indonesia and perform
competitors analysis from time to time
Responsible for product risk and profitability management, including tracking
product profitability and review of product pricing strategy

Qualifications

Solid knowledge of banking products and operations, preferably securities
related services.
More than 12 years of extensive experience in the financial and/or funds
industry
Formal legal or auditing training
Experience in dealing with regulators is preferred.
Minimum university graduate, preferably legal or accounting background
Over 12 years of financial sector experience.
Strong analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate independently
Acute awareness of business risk areas
Computing MS Excel and reporting
