Job Responsibility :
To augment Sales force with online capabilities to profitably scale as we
compete for new business. Expand the account coverage through online
capabilities such as online communities, online chats and online technical
support.
Drive Sales revenue through lead generation, influencer and match making
activities, and account management processes.
The ultimate objective is to identify quality sales leads for online account
managers to follow-up and setup a meeting between the customer and an online
account manager.
Customer contact is mainly by phone or email, Chat/other options may be used in
the future, but this component in the business process still needs to be fleshed
out by Intel.

Knowledge of common business and procurement processes in IT organizations
Able to communicate with IT managers at different levels in IT organizations

Good command of office productivity tools like Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word,

etiquette, capability to communicate(written/spoken
Bilingual skills for the pilot English and Tamil (Tradional for India).
Understand Hindi language will add an advantage.
Able to speak Tamil is a must for the above job hiring.
