2. Cairkan tepung terigu dan 100 ml air
3. Celupkan sapo tahu pada larutan tepung terigu, goreng hingga matang.
4. Panaskan margarin, tumis bawang putih hingga harum.
5. Masukkan wortel dan brokoli, tumis sebentar.
