Duties & Responsibilities:
Establish and consolidate relationships with new and existing customers
Identify and drive new market opportunities to ensure successful execution.
Develop, implement and monitor account management strategies with key accounts.
Lead and motivate staff for maximum performance in good and bad times.
To ensure continual improvement, successful and profitable management.
Organising and conducting field visits, field training, counseling and appraisal
sessions for your sales staff.
Train your team to be more skilled negotiators.
Training your team for greater productivity.
To recruit, interview and select successful people to support business needs.
Run and organise business meetings on a regular basis.
Personal Qualifications:
Experience within the sheet metal, metal roofing / building industry preferred
but not essential.
Demonstrate business acumen and computer literacy.
Prior people management or leadership skill essential.
Sound communication and analytical skills, excellent problem solving abilities
and interpersonal skills.
Developing flexible leadership to match the needs of your people, and the
demands of your clients.
Be organised to work to priorities and manage time.
Be fluent in communicating in both Indonesian and English dialects.
It is expected that you will direct and organise the activities of your team, to
ensure continual improvement, successful and profitable management and to
enhance the standing of PT Robertson Fastbuild Indonesia in order to be a market
leader
